REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 10th annual general meeting of the shareholders of Sekunjalo held on 28
February 2008, the requisite majority of shareholders approved all the ordinary
and special resolutions proposed at the meeting.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with CIPRO in due
course.
